Developed by the Danny Frawley Centre Community Charity, MindFit for Work is a mental fitness coaching program tailored specifically for Australian workplaces.

This four-part program is grounded in the DFC’s evidence-based Mental Fitness Framework, aiming to equip business leaders with the skills and resources to better support both their own and their teams’ mental fitness within the workplace.
